OWNER FINANCING INFORMATION

Up to 90% financing is available on most lots. Lots will be sold using a mortgage and accompanying note. The terms of the financing are as follows:

  • Interest rate is fixed at 9.9%
  • The loan payment will be interest only
  • There will be a balloon payment after 2 years

Monthly payments will be $8.25 per thousand per month at 9.9% interest.

     Example:

     If you finance $30,000, your monthly payments will be
     30 x $8.25 or $247.50 per month.
